Shipping policy

Unless stated otherwise, all orders include Free Shipping.

The average delivery time for Standard Shipping is 7–15 business days after the carrier receives your order.

At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping. Because many of our products are made or prepared after an order is placed, expedited shipping can add a high extra cost while only shortening the delivery window by a small amount. Expedited shipping also does not always guarantee a specific delivery date, especially when production time, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or high-volume shipping periods are involved.

To help keep costs fair and avoid charging customers for faster shipping that may not provide a meaningful or guaranteed benefit, we currently use standard shipping options only. We always aim to process and ship orders as efficiently as possible, and tracking information will be provided once your order is on its way.

In periods of high demand, some products may ship from locations outside the U.S. In these cases, customs processing may add 5–7 additional days to delivery time.

You’ll receive individual tracking numbers if your order ships in multiple packages.

Digital books and downloadable products are delivered immediately after payment—no shipping required.

Lost or Missing Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer. If tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, or if a package appears to be lost in transit, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or open an investigation.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misdelivered, or damaged in transit. However, we will do our best to assist you with information needed to work with the carrier, such as tracking details, proof of shipment, or other available shipment information.

In some cases, and at our sole discretion, we may choose to replace or refund an order as a one-time courtesy. This does not constitute an obligation to do so in the future.
