Shipping policy

Unless stated otherwise, all orders include Free Shipping.

The average delivery time for Standard Shipping is 7–15 business days after the carrier receives your order.
In periods of high demand, some products may ship from locations outside the U.S. In these cases, customs processing may add 5–7 additional days to delivery time.
You’ll receive individual tracking numbers if your order ships in multiple packages.
Digital books and downloadable products are delivered immediately after payment—no shipping required.
Lost or Missing Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer. If tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, or if a package appears to be lost in transit, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or open an investigation.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misdelivered, or damaged in transit. However, we will do our best to assist you with information needed to work with the carrier (tracking details, proof of shipment, etc.).

In some cases, and at our sole discretion, we may choose to replace or refund an order as a one-time courtesy. This does not constitute an obligation to do so in the future.
