  • Refunds are available only for items that arrive damaged or with missing parts.

  • Apparel: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizes. Please review the product’s size chart carefully before placing your order.

  • We offer complimentary return shipping for customers opting for an exchange or store credit. For returns requesting a refund to the original payment method, a return shipping fee will be deducted from the final refund amount

  • To file a claim, you must contact us within 10 days of delivery.
