Our White Glossy Mugs, Black Glossy Mugs, and White Ceramic Mugs with Color Inside are microwave and dishwasher-safe, but the print and coating will last longer if you hand-wash them.

The Enamel Mugs, however, should only be hand-washed. Also, you can’t heat liquids or food directly in the Enamel Mugs—it can damage their coating.

For the highest quality results, we recommend uploading transparent .png files or .ai files at 300 DPI. Photos taken from a cell phone at 72ppi will also produce high-quality results due to the large file dimensions.
